The Site is operated by Avi Cassouto (the "Artist"). These terms apply to everyone who uses the Site. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.

The Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy form an integral part of these Terms of Use. For anything relating to purchases, commissions, workshops and cancellations, the Terms & Conditions govern.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal purposes and in a lawful manner. You may not:

• Run automated tools on the Site to collect information, text or images (scraping, crawlers).
• Disrupt the Site or its servers, or attempt to break into them.
• Provide false details or impersonate another person.
• Use the Site in a way that harms the privacy of others.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the artworks, their photographs, the texts, the signature and the design, belongs to Avi Cassouto and is protected under the Copyright Law, 5768-2007.

Not Permitted Without Prior Written Consent

• Copying, downloading for reproduction, printing or distributing images of artworks from the Site.
• Using images of the artworks for commercial purposes, such as products, prints, advertising or NFTs.
• Altering, cropping or editing images of the artworks.
• Feeding images or texts from the Site into AI tools to create works "in the style of" or to train models.

You May

• Share a link to the Site or to any page on it.
• Share posts from Avi's social media, with credit.
• Quote a short excerpt for review or criticism, with credit and a link, in line with the fair use rules of the law.

Information on the Site

• The content is provided as is and is meant to give general information about the artworks, the workshops and the Artist.
• Colors in the images may look slightly different on different screens, and dimensions may vary slightly.
• Prices, artwork availability and workshop details may change. The binding details are those given in a personal conversation when the deal is closed.
• The Artist may change, update or remove content at any time.

Site Availability

The Artist aims to keep the Site running continuously, but does not guarantee that it will always be available or free of faults. There may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond his control.

Messages and Content You Send

When you send a message or an image, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. The Artist may disregard offensive, misleading or irrelevant content.

Links to External Websites

The Site links to external services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Waze and Google Maps. The Artist has no control over the content and services of these sites and is not responsible for them.

Accessibility and Privacy

Limitation of Liability

The Artist will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damage caused by using the Site or relying on its content. To the extent permitted by law, his liability is limited to the amount actually paid for an artwork, commission or workshop.

Changes to These Terms

The Artist may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version is published on this page, and the date at the top is updated accordingly.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Jerusalem District have exclusive jurisdiction.
